Clare Walks Ramblers Guided Walk – Tulla
The next Clare Walks Ramblers Guided Walk takes place on 27th of June at Ardboola House. This is an easy to moderate looped walk of 6km on quite local roads. In a change, after the walk, we will be dining Al Fresco under a canopy of Beech trees cooking some cocktail sausages with tasty rolls washed down with tea or coffee. Clare Walks Guided Walk of Ballycuggaran Loop
Come along and enjoy a Guided Walk on Ballycuggaran, or Baile Ni Chogarain in Irish, which was homeland of the O’Cuggarans, an important family at the court of Brain Boru. This walk is 7km moderate to difficult walk and follows forest road, forest track and minor road through dense forest and open hillside on the shoulders of Feenlea Mountain and Crag.
