Guided Walk for Active Agers – Mountshannon.
The next Active Age Walk will take place on Thursday 28th February 2019 @ 11am Meeting Point: The Harbour, Mountshannon A 7km looped walk with views over Mountshannon and Lough Derg. There is a moderate climb at the start of the walk but the rest is flat and downhill. Please wear suitable walking shoes bring fluids. The next Active Agers will take place on March 28th - meeting at The Local Inn in Tiermaclane @ 11.00am (From Ennis, take the Kildysart Road/R473 - continue on this road for approx. 7km and the Local Inn will be on your left). The next Active Agers Guided walk takes place in Ogonnelloe on the 25th of April at 11am from Old School near St Molua's church. There will be refreshments at old school afterwards. This a moderate walk of 7km on quite local roads with views of Lough Derg to Holy Island, Mountshannon and to Tipperary on the far shore and Ballyloughnane on the Clare side. Naturewatch: Evening to Dusk Walk
This is an evening to dusk walk for all Ages of 5.5km easy flat route leaving Tulla Utd's Cragg Field at 7.30pm for a loop around Clondoorney Lake and back to Tulla Utd.
