Naturewatch: Evening to Dusk Walk
This is an evening to dusk walk for all Ages of 5.5km easy flat route leaving Tulla Utd's Cragg Field at 7.30pm for a loop around Clondoorney Lake and back to Tulla Utd. Part of the walk is on a gravel track so suitable walking boots are advised. A pair of binoculars for observing birds etc and a hi-vis vest is recommended. Clare Walks Ramblers Guided Walk
Our next Ramblers guided walk takes place on Thursday 25th of July at 11am from the Half Barrel in Whitegate. This a flat easy route of 8km taking in Williamstown Pier and wonderful views over the river Shannon and the customary tea and scones at the Half Barrel on return. Guided Walk – Killaloe
In association with the College of Further Education, Scariff, we are holding a 5km guided walk through the historic town of Killaloe. This walk will start at St. Flannan's Catholic Church, Killaloe at 11am, and will follow the Canal to Tobermurragh and footpath to Beal Ború (Brian Ború's Fort), located about 1km outside Killaloe.
